WOW! IS THIS REALLY MY LAUNDRY ROOM? IDEAS 1 - 4

As a Realtor in the Chicago suburbs, I have seen several laundry rooms which have 2-3 washers & dryers! Ahhhh, I'm really liking ALL the features of this laundry room! The classic farm door accented with a color opens together as one door or bottom half remains closed and top remains open, great for keeping a close watch on your laundry or dog. Say good bye to that claustrophobic, confining dog cage and "Hello" to a natural environment. Rover couldn't be happier!

So many attention to details in constructing this laundry room which home owners do not consider but, should. Bonus 1: side by side washer/dryer, no big deal but...see how the door to the washing machine door opens to the left and the dryer door opens to the right? Bonus 2: washer and dryer are elevated, easy on your back and include drawers for storage. Bonus 3: drying racks which retract.

Dog friendly laundry room! Installing a shower keeps those muddy paws from making foot prints around the home! Towels and soap are within an arms reach, ceramic tile floor for easy clean up and when the pooch is "all clean", toss the towels in the washing machine. Life couldn't be simpler! BONUS: A fresh smelling pooch(s).

Have a sun porch or 3 season room which sits idle most of the year? Now is the time to make max it out by converting it into a laundry, craft, office and mud room. P.S. Your kids will never leave your side. I love the fact that all the space is optimized with storage cabinets and bar lighting.

Great use of a former closet! Remove doors, add side by side washer/dryer or stackable (choose your favorite color) and shelves or cabinets and counter top and...VOILA, instant laundry room!
